Idling & Hydraulics

It is bad for our trucks and equipment that run diesel exhaust fluid (DEF) to sit and idle. Excessive idling will cause problems with the DEF system. If you are waiting at a jobsite or loading/unloading equipment, please turn off engine whenever possible. Also, be mindful when letting truck warm up in the morning.

Please make sure all your hydraulics and levers are working before you leave the yard in the morning. When it is really cold (Below 15 degrees), run your PTO for a few minutes once you get to the jobsite while your tarping the box to let the hydraulic oil circulate and run the PTO on idle for the first round.
